Developed for young adults who have already been introduced to squash and are over the age of 12, or for the developing player that has completed the Junior 1 program. Initially, the basic technique will be taught to the older beginner, and then the next level of shots will be practiced. An introduction to the role of strength, endurance, and flexibility in squash through a variety of strength, speed, and agility drills.
